EXPERIENCE: I have been a real estate agent since 1995. I graduated college in 1992, and I was an Assistant Buyer for Robinson-May (now Macy's) from 1992 until 1995. I received my real estate license in September 1995, though I had started assistant work in anticipation of getting my license during that summer. I started at a small boutique Real Estate office, Gibson & Associates, located in Studio City. By my second full year (1998), I was a top agent with that company and had earned my own office.
In June of 1999, the highly successful organization of Prudential California Realty bought out the John Aaroe & Associates to expand into Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. They started by opening a Studio City office. The manager, Michael Williamson and the regional manager, Roger Ewing, recruited me to help open the office. In June of 1999, we debuted with about 10 agents. Seven years later, we had expanded to over 120 agents in Studio City alone, with 18 more offices in the L.A. Area. Despite this period of growth, I have consistently merited recognition in the Prudential California Realty company, including earning a place in the Top Ten Studio City office agents, and earning the company's President's Circle award for outstanding production.
EDUCATION: I am a native Angeleno, having been born in the San Fernando Valley - back when it was filled with Orange Groves, and that wasn't all that long ago! I attended Cal Poly SLO & CSUN (Cal State Northridge) where I earned a BS in Business Administration and Marketing with an emphasis in Marketing.
HOBBIES: I have been President of one of the area's largest bowling leagues, based right here in Studio City. We had 128 bowlers, a fully updated league website, and we supported a number of charities, including the AIDSWalk , through our fund-raising efforts. I am also an avid card player, particularly Bridge - Intermediate, paddle tennis, and I run religiously (about 3 miles 3x's a week) to counteract my love of cooking... and eating!
